Procedure for filling up 'Proposal Submission' form:

1. 1. Fill all the details in the form by clicking on the white coloured area (upto a maximum of 8000 characters).
2. 2. Click on 'Click here' button to see the information typed by you.
3. 3. If you like to modify or correct the information, click on the 'Edit' button. After editing is completed, click on 'Update' present at the bottom of the page. Click 'Cancel' for cancelling the editing.
4. 4. If the information is correct, click on the green coloured text present at the bottom of the page 'If the above information is correct, click here'.
