Guidelines for selection of Research Trainees at NABI, Mohali

i)   Eligibility                                                    : Pursuing M.Sc./M.Tech./B.Tech

ii)  Duration of training                                   : Preferably 6 months

iii) Fees (if applicable)                                    : No

iv)  Application Process                                   : Online at email id trainee[at]nabi.res.in and offline   

at our official address through proper channel.

v)   Selection Process                                      : Through screening of biodata by NABI Screening

Note:

i) The request for short term training must come from the Head of Department and must provide the academic resumes of the recommended student(s) as well as the period of the proposed project work.

ii) Request will be considered on the basis of requirements of Scientists/Research Scholars.

iii) The minimal eligibility criterion for consideration of the requests is first division or an equivalent grade (or at least 60% of aggregate scores) in graduation or equivalent exam and atleast 60% marks in first year of M.Sc./M.Tech.

iv) Selected candidate will receive official email (trainee[at]nabi.res.in) regarding acceptance and duration of the training.

v) Opportunities are also available for short-term/summer trainees in the Institute through sponsored programmes from government agencies such as the KVPY, JNCASR, INSA/IAS/NASI.
